Stamter 101
Your first hour in Stamter.
Five steps, in the order that makes the rest of the product make sense.
01Build a table, not a form
Stamter has no fixed Contact or Deal object. You define tables and the columns you need, and Contacts and Deals arrive as a starting template you are free to change. Model what your business actually tracks.
02Connect your Gmail mailbox
Stamter reads and sends through your existing Gmail account. It does not replace your mail provider — it threads the conversation onto the record it belongs to, so the history is where you look for it.
03Make and take calls in the app
The softphone runs on Kavkom. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and attach themselves to the record they came from, so nobody has to type up what was said afterwards.
04Generate a document from a record
Quotes and contracts build from the record's own fields, so the figures in the document are the figures in the CRM. Stamter generates the document; it does not send it for counter-signature.
05Capture leads with an endpoint
Forms and meeting booking are endpoints you embed in your own site, writing straight into your tables. Stamter does not host a public form or booking page for you — if you have a website, you embed; if you do not, that is a real difference.
