What ships today, and what does not.

Every line below is checked against the code, not against a roadmap.

Shipped

• Customer records

  There is no fixed Contact or Deal object. You define tables and columns, with more than twenty field types; Contacts and Deals arrive as a template you can change.

• Telephony

  A hosted softphone running on Kavkom. Calls are recorded and transcribed, and attach themselves to the record they came from.

• Meeting booking — partial

  Availability and reservations are a JSON API you embed in your own site. Stamter does not host a booking page for you.

• Forms — partial

  A form endpoint you call from your own HTML, writing straight into your tables. There is no hosted form editor.

• Document generation

  Quotes and PDFs build from a record's own fields, so the figures in the document are the figures in the CRM.

• Gmail mailbox

  Read and write, drafts, labels, signatures, real-time push and open tracking. Stamter connects to Gmail; it does not replace your mail provider.

Not shipped

• Email sequences and campaigns

  Not built. The only campaign table covers voice calls.

• E-signature

  What exists is a signature pad: an image you stamp onto a PDF yourself. There is no sending to a counterparty, no signer identity check and no certificate of proof.

• Automations

  Designed, not built. The decision was to use an external engine rather than write one in-house.
